TAKE THE LEAD IF YOU ARE A LEADER – Part 2

“When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat? [6] And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.”
John 6:5

You are a leader to solve problems, period! Leaders solve problems; that’s what they do! The more problems you solve, the higher you go in leadership.  John Maxwell, a leadership expert said that a leader must find a way for the team to win. Leaders don’t run away from problems; they confront and solve them! You are either making excuses or you are making things happen. 

Men must take the lead in their families. If you are single, take the lead in your life. There is a leader in you that is waiting to be revealed. It begins by thinking your way through problems and by finding solutions to them. If you pray and remain calm, you will know what to do. 

Take some other leaders along with you, brainstorm with them and it will amaze you how much their presence can contribute to dealing with the challenges you face per time. The more competent you and your leaders are in solving problems, the greater your organization or ministry will become.

Another important factor in your ability to lead is submitting to the leadership of the Holy Spirit. Listen to Him and carry out whatever instructions He gives you. 

To lead, you must know what to do and that is why you need to know how to hear from God.

PRAY: Father, give me the courage I need to solve problems so that I can lead effectively, in Jesus name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION: Your ministry, business or organization will grow, go forward and become very great, in Jesus name!
