Ephesians 5:24 says also that wives should be subject to their husbands just as the church is subject unto Christ. A functional family has only one head.

Dysfunctional families produce rebellious children. Much of the disorderliness that we find in the society today is due to the breakdown of family values. You cannot become a good leader until you learn how to be a good follower.

The home is the first place where we learn order. Every team that must function well must have a competent leader who connects with the people he leads through love. Others are to function in this team by submitting to the authority of that leader.

The home is the foundation of a nation. The social well-being of a nation is a reflection of the health of the families that make it up. When family values breakdown, the society breaks down. Children who are properly brought up will behave well when they grow up. But if they are neglected during their formative years, it will be difficult to mend them later. The best time to write on concrete is when it is wet.

A man that has no fear of God should not expect his family to respect him. He should not be surprised when he breeds robbers and hardened criminals.
We must seek the face of the Lord to heal our families and hence our nation.

PRAY: In the Name of Jesus, I break the devil’s power over my family! No one in my family will ever go out of order, in Jesus Name!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION: Satan will not highjack your family! God’s blessing will rest on your family, in Jesus Name!
