This is what the Bible said concerning Him. He lived a holy life here on earth. He had many opportunities to sin, but He took none. The secret to getting on in the Kingdom of God is holy living. Matthew 6:33 sums it up. “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” I wish you know how much you are losing when you don’t keep the commands of God! 

He lived by the Word of the Father. John 5:19. This is living by faith. Living by the Word means living by faith. Holiness is not just about observing a bunch of rules, it is living by the instructions in the Word of God and the instructions God gives us per time. Beauty, confidence (Proverbs 28:1), honour, good health and long life, peace and prosperity (Isaiah 48:22), happiness and joy are all benefits of living a holy life. “Cast not away your confidence which has a great recompense of rewards.” Holy living is personal to you. No one can live holy for you. Living by faith is personal to you, so, you have to develop your faith in every area of life. You cannot live by my faith and I cannot live by your faith. Habakkuk 2:4

PRAY: Precious Holy Spirit, help me to walk as Jesus walked all the days of my life, in Jesus name!
