GOD’S WORD CARRIES GOD’S POWER

“Then the officer said, "Lord, I am not worthy to have you come into my home. Just say the word from where you are, and my servant will be healed! [9] I know, because I am under the authority of my superior officers and I have authority over my soldiers. I only need to say, Go,' and they go, orCome,' and they come. And if I say to my slaves, `Do this or that,' they do it."

Until you understand and acknowledge the deity of Christ, you will not understand the authority and power of His Word. His Word is so powerful it can travel through space to any part of the universe to bring about the intended impact!

This Centurion not only understood and recognized the deity of Jesus, he understood that God’s Word contains the power of God! Where the Word of the king is, there is power. Just as God said let there be light and there was light, so He could cause healing to take place just by commanding it. God rules by His Word and if Jesus is God then His Word must carry the power of God. This was the belief of the Centurion which Jesus referred to as ‘great faith.’ As a matter of fact, Jesus is the Word of God made manifest.

Believe like the Centurion and you too can have a miracle today.

PRAY: Lord Jesus, I believe in the power of Your Word. Let Your promises be fulfilled in my life today.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION: Be healed now, in the Name of Jesus! God is sending a miracle to your house now, in Jesus Name!!!
