If I were to ask for a gift outside of salvation and the in-filling of the Holy Spirit, I will ask for a good attitude. Attitude is everything. It does not matter how talented you are, if you have a rotten attitude, you cannot accomplish much in life. Attitude is your internal dialogue or feeling expressed by behaviour. Your mentality determines your prosperity and success.
It is hard to soar with the eagles when you live with the turkeys. It is hard to be a giant killer when you think like a grasshopper! A rabbit mentality cannot give you elephant results.

Two groups of people exposed to the same situation at the same time came to different conclusions.
Why did people who were exposed to the same threat have different opinions? ATTITUDE! They saw the same things but not the same way.
They forgot that they had an unfair advantage. They forgot their previous experiences. They belittled their God and themselves. They were looking at the wrong things.
That which holds our attention determines our action. Our thoughts govern our actions. They determine our performance and the outcome of ventures we undertake and the eventual outcome of our lives.

PRAY: Dear Lord, help me to always see things from your perspective, in Jesus name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION: The enemy will not succeed in deceiving you from today, in Jesus name!
